  9. I have what I think is a bad pinched nerve in my neck which has radiated out to my shoulder, causing my arm to be very weak. I can't raise it up like my other arm, but not due to pain, it's like some of my shoulder/neck muscles aren't receiving the message, so I can only raise it a little more than halfway. When I try the chin tuck stretch, as soon as I tuck my chin, I get an instant, very sharp pain from the front of my upper arm, right where the shoulder joint is, it's like something is trying to poke itself out. I'm due to see an ortho doc in 2 weeks but am in agony, especially at night, despite using medication (steroid, pain killers) provided by my doc. Any suggestions? I'm also a bit scared that the longer my shoulder/arm is like this the more chance of permanent damage. It's crazy too because I wasn't injured or anything, I just woke up in pain one night.

  10. I’m so grateful I came upon this. I have subscribed and am excited to find relief. Thank you

  13. I have severe osteoarthritis in my neck I'm scheduled for a c5 c6 c7 fusion, the mri shows the vertebras pressing on the spinal cord, and I can say that the nerve pain is debilitating and my shoulders feel like torn rotator cuff cause if had one, also vertigo as bad and also have balance issues, people that have the same thing going on as me its absolutely horrific and crippling at times, so therefore severe nerve pain in the spine or cervical will absolutely wear a person completely out physically and mentally

  14. It doesn't work, I am going to a chiropractor 2 months and is being fix

  15. Doc, i have a tingling ing my fingers, and when i push my head backward and look down there a pain under my arm.. feels like electric shock.. what should i do? Do i need an MRI?

  17. The last exercise is impossible to do with ulnar and nerve inflammation in the arms …
