    with 3 months of proper exercises it can be fixed …..

    glutes fix 12reps each leg rest 2min x2
    lower back stretch 15deep breaths rest 20s x2
    hip flexor fix hold 15deep breaths each leg

  4. It would be nice to see some of these exercises backed up with studies, if they actually help with the problem. Also would be good to include what % of people naturally have elongated spines where trying to 'correct' it could cause damage.

  8. I used to actively try to correct this but it actually caused a permanent injury. Some people just have an elongated spine. If you overcompensate you are literally squashing your disks together. I'm not saying let yourself go all the way, just keep a good posture within the natural bounds of your spine.
