  13. Question; would you recommend me doing any of these if I am fused from my L3 down into my sacrum?

    I've had three right hip surgeries two of them we're in the same year 2015 that literally left me unemployable and nothing but issues since then!

    I had my 3rd right hip surgery in 2020, it still does not seem right!
    I have constant popping / adjustment in my inner groin area and pain on the right side of my pelvic bone, my para formas muscle, my psoas muscle and my iliac crest is extremely painful, so much sensitive that I can barely wear bike shorts, leggings or pants, I've been living in dresses since Feb 2019 πŸ˜”

  14. Doctor I have an outward foot problem and when I try to stand like you showed my back cannot stretch fully and I feel stuck in a Weird position both in my back and my leg. Would this work or do I need something else?
